Tyler Duvall is the former acting under secretary and assistant secretary for transportation policy at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he led policy development and implementation across a range of transportation policy issues, including transportation finance, congestion, safety and regulations. Currently, Tyler is a leader in the infrastructure and public sector practices at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm. Tyler works with a wide variety of private and public sector clients to improve their strategies, organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.
