Robert N. Stavins is the A.J. Meyer professor of energy & economic development at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, a university fellow of Resources for the Future, and a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. Stavins’ research has examined diverse areas of environmental economics and policy.
