Olivia Howard is a senior research assistant at The Hamilton Project. Prior to working at the Brookings Institution, Olivia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan with minors in urban planning and quantitative methods. Most recently, Olivia worked at the Michigan Department of Economic Opportunity and Labor and at the Urban Institute. Her research interests include financial inclusion, intergenerational mobility, and family policy.
