Melanie Gilarsky is the senior events and outreach manager at The Hamilton Project (THP). She manages events and programming for THP and is responsible for the development and execution of both in-person and online public policy forums and private events. She also manages THP’s multi-channel engagement strategies to connect relevant stakeholders and audience networks to THP’s research, events, and scholars. Prior to joining The Hamilton Project, she worked in press, events, and social media for the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA); press and events for President Obama’s reelection campaign in Florida; and events for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee. She graduated from The George Washington University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Dance.
